Please visit!!!   It’s been a while since I posted here.  Just want to let you all know that I’m still hitting the gym several times a week and running.  I’m still eating lots of vegan protein and seeing growth in my muscles.  The other thing I’m doing the other 14 hours or so of my day is working on Vegan Health & Fitness magazine.  This magazine was inspired by this blog and the wonderful people who sent me comments as well as athletes who I’ve been lucky enough to meet (Robert Cheeke and Brendan Brazier) who have really inspired me!  Thanks to you all for keeping me going and for being on this journey with me!  I wanted you to be among the very first to know that the website for the magazine is up and running and the first issue is coming along very nicely with some great training tips, recipes and inspirational interviews!  The first issue will be Summer 2012.  I hope that you all will subscribe because if you subscribed to this blog, I know you’re going to LOVE this magazine!  Check it out and don’t forget to give me your feedback!  That’s my favorite part!
